Serengeti Village Square Shopping CentreVillage Square Shopping

The Serengeti Village Square, envisaged to be the heartbeat of the estate, will be developed once the development has reach the required critical mass in so far as the Serengeti community is concerned.   The community comprises residents living on the estate, students, hotel guests, the presence of a vibrant community, etc.

The Village Square’s vision is to provide for the daily need of convenience shopping whilst providing the venue for a modern eatery with a combination of deli style shops, restaurants and coffee shops.

Hotel

Part of the development vision on the estate is to facilitate the development of a hotel and conference facility.  The site has all the inherent determinants required for the development of an up-market tourism facility catering for the business market as well as the leisure component reliant typically on a world class golfing destination.  The master plan has earmarked the hotel site overlooking the wetlands and 3 holes of Whistling Thorn Golf Course.  Development proposals are currently being considered.

Serengeti Office ParkOffice Park

The Serengeti development concept has been conceived as one providing a unique offering as a mixed use estate with a combination of sought-after facilities and lifestyle opportunities that no other development can offer.   Part of this vision is an up-market lifestyle office park that will providing for both the businessmen an entrepreneurs staying on the estate or region who  wants to own or let-out their own individual office space in an quality environment or for the large tenant recognizing the good address of Serengeti and the total product offering of the estate.

Serengeti Conservation AreaConservation Area

The site is blessed with qualities and attributes that allow the estate the opportunity of setting aside substantial tracts of land for conservation purposes.  This includes approximately 7 km of wetlands, some of which had to be rehabilitated from a state of degraded farm land to a functional wetland system for which Serengeti received recognition for the success of these projects.

The feeling of being in the bush, with its wide open spaces and free-roaming game, forms part of the Serengeti experience, just a few minutes walk away from your front door. 280 hectares of indigenous grasses, rehabilitated wetlands and a variety of buck and birdlife will abound on your doorstep.

Come home from work and take the family for a walk, mountain bike or horse-back ride through 17 kilometres of bridle paths – just a short walk from home.
