Security is implemented by the Serengeti Rangers and controlled through the Estate Management and Serengeti’s world-class on-site control centre. These combine to give you the peace of mind you have always wanted for your family.

Fibre to Home

Serengeti has an optic fibre network that reticulates to each home inside the estate, providing connectivity, broadband internet and email services. This provides broadband access directly to your home, without the frustration of dealing with external service providers.

This optic fibre IT network provides Voice, Video and Data – so-called Triple Play – to all homes.  All phone calls within the estate are free, and video can be used for both security (verifying your visitors at the gate) and leisure (future video-on-demand) purposes.
