Principal Head, Anthony Edwards, has a vision for the school to attain and maintain exceptional educational standards throughout their systems, while basing their approach on a structured and comprehensively controlled disciplinary system which will compliment the development of each individual learner.

Mr Edwards envisages a well-mannered, and thoroughly prepared young adult exiting their care, to become productive and successful members of society, able to make informed decisions on their roles and functioning within the immense complexities of the South African workplace. He believes that educational development should focus on a healthy balance between academics, sport and cultural activities. Extramural activities at the school include athletics, netball, soccer, tennis, cross country, cricket, hockey, softball, chess, wildlife club and choir. Some of the private activities include dance, golf and pottery.
